There were four super competitors out of “Canebreak”. Jerry, Donnie Miculek (brother?), Elliot Ayson and his wife Annette. I was pretty satisfied if I scored higher than Annette. I’ll never forget her walking to the line in a shotgun round at Second Chance 1984 in high heels. I must have looked a bit confused because she grinned at me and said, “They’re very stable, the recoil makes the heels dig in.”

Back in the ’80s I competed extensively in two forms of “combat pistol” PPP & IPSC. One of the competitors I came up agaist at least once a month was from a club called Canebreak Combat Shooters. His name was Jerry Miculek. Here is a video from 2009 http://youtu.be/lLk1v5bSFPw

Great video. You can imagine that someone like Adam Lanza might obsessively spend many, many hours in his basement practicing magazine changes if he only had small capacity magazines. Why is it that so many people want to exclusively focus on the objects that criminals and the insane use instead of focusing of the perpetrators?

I’d like you to address ‘Temporary Restraining Orders’.

In particular, the requirement to turn over your firearms and ammo to the police, or sell it all through a licensed firearms dealer (must have receipts at the first hearing). Here in CA, this must occur within the first 48 hours of being served. The court hearing is usually scheduled for 2 weeks from the filing of the TRO.

From my perspective, the target of a TRO is denied ‘due process’ (a TRO is issued ‘ex-parte’), loses their 2nd ammendment rights without cause, and also their 4th ammendment rights (until you get to court, the police can search for firearms/ammo at your home/business/etc. without a warrant).

My intrepetation is that the target of a TRO is guilty of a felony until proven innocent.

As a law abiding citizen of the US, I’d love to be proven wrong.

If this black lady feels the “Zionist Jews” are running all the banks and should be run out of the country…I believe she should name them so we get the correct “Zionist Jews” to run out…and while we’re at it should we run out the Zionist Jews” that started the N.A.A.C.P. and marched for civil rights and died in the South??????
…while we’re at it shouldn’t we run out of this country the blacks who are 60 – 70% of the prison population???
